• To continue the process, you must the UHID/ Registration Number.
• You can find your Registration Number on your Old OPD Slip.
• Kindly enter the UHID no and then click on the Get OTP. Fill up the OTP in the action.
• Now click on the Verify option and you will be reached on the next page.
• Next, your all personal and demographic details will be shown on the screen.
• After selecting the Appointment option, select the Follow-Up Appointment option once more.
• Next, click the appointment date to confirm the time and day of your appointment. Click the “proceed” button now.
• Details about the appointment will appear on the following page. You must click the “Book Appointment” button here.
• Lastly, an appointment for your AIIMS Delhi OPD Follow-Up will be scheduled.
