To book the teleconsultation appointment, patients have to register first and then book an online appointment at the @ors.gov.in portal. Steps to Book AIIMS Teleconsultation Appointment Online
To book the Online Teleconsultation Appointment in AIIMS Hospitals, you have to follow the below simple steps:-
- Navigate to the official website of the Online Registration System patient portal @ors.gov.in.
- A webpage will open on your screen, so click the Register button.
- Enter the mobile Numer and Captcha, then click on the Get OTP.
- You will receive an OTP on your mobile number. Enter the OTP and click on the submit.
- Now you will register successfully. Here log in by ABHA Health ID Card.
- Next, go to the home page and click on the Book Tele-Consulation Appointment.
- On the next page, you have to Select State/ Hospital and Type appointmentnet, new or old.
- Then, click on the Tele-Consultationtion in the Type of Appointment section.
- Choose the department and then, you have to choose the doctor’s name.
- Schedule the date for a teleconsultation appointment.
- You will get the confirmation on your registered mobile number via SMS.
- Finally, you will get a call from the doctor on the scheduled date and time.
AIIMS OPD Booking Schedule
- The appointment for the new case is available for one month (depending upon the availability of OPD slots) from the date of applying for an appointment and the follow-up, the appointment is available for three months (also depending upon the availability of OPD slots) from the date of applying for the appointment.
- Timing for OPD booking on the Telephone and ORS Portal is from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM on Monday to Friday (all working days). On Saturday (working day), the timing for OPD appointment booking is from 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM.
- The General OPD registration in AIIMS is from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM, and consultation is from 8:30 AM to 1 PM. Specialty clinic registration starts from 1 PM to 2 PM, and consultation is from 1 PM to 6 PM.Â
