How to View/ Cancel AIIMS Appointment Online?

Booking an OPD Appointment is quite a simple process but to cancel the OPD Appointment is quite different. In this section, we shall brief you about the process of how to view or cancel the AIIMS Appointment.

• As a first step visit the official website by clicking the link here => https://ors.gov.in/orsportal/.
• On the web homepage on the right-hand side on the top enter the login credentials.
• Once you log in you will reach the Appointment page by clicking on the ‘Book Appointment’ tab.
• After Login click on the Appointment button you will be able to see all the Appointments you have booked.
• Select the state and hospital you will have 3 options to cancel the appointment you can do it by Appointment ID, UHID, or Mobile number. The most convenient way is by entering the mobile number and then verifying the OTP.
• Next page you shall find your Mobile number, request date which date you hooked the Appointment
• On the right-hand side of the page you will find a cross sign red in color click on that sign,
• A notification will pop up on the page do you want to cancel the appointment click on OK
• You will then receive an OTP on your registered mobile number as soon you enter the OTP you will see a pop notification Appointment canceled successfully.
• You will also receive a message on your registered mobile number.
